"I expected a lot more for what..."
I expected a lot more for what I paid. Everything looked really nice online, but once it showed up, it just didn’t feel special at all. It had kind of a cheap feel to it, which was disappointing because the photos made it seem way better.
I also got different answers when I asked questions, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. One person told me one thing, then someone else said something different, so I never really felt like I knew what was going on. For the price, I could’ve found something similar somewhere else for less, so I wouldn’t say it was worth it.

I was disappointed with the whole experience. I had a few basic questions, but it felt like I was dealing with people who were either guessing or just trying to hurry me off the phone. What made it worse was how little actual human contact there was, everything felt distant and impersonal, like no one really wanted to have a real conversation.
They didn’t explain things clearly, and I had to keep repeating myself, which got frustrating fast. I ended up feeling like I was on my own, so I looked somewhere else instead. Not helpful at all, and I wouldn’t use them again.

I was disappointed with this. They made it sound like the quality would be way better, but the fabric felt cheap right out of the package. After barely using it, the seams already started coming loose. Definitely not what was promised, especially for the price.

I was really looking forward to getting this, but it showed up damaged right out of the box. One of the corners was cracked, and the packaging just didn’t seem sturdy enough to protect it. I reached out for help, but it took a while to get a clear answer, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. It felt like an avoidable hassle from start to finish. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t order from classiccarolinahome.com again.

The size felt off, the finish wasn’t as nice as it looked online, and it felt like the listing oversold it. I’ve already had to explain more than once what didn’t match, which is frustrating when it should’ve been clear from the product info in the first place. Definitely disappointed and I wouldn’t trust this listing again.

My first reaction after sitting on it was, “Wait, this is it?” For the price, I really expected it to be way more comfortable. The cushions feel stiff and kind of awkward after a little while, so it’s not something I can actually relax on. It looks fine in the room, but that’s about it. I was kind of confused using this because I expected way more ways to customize things. It felt like most of the choices were already decided for me, and I couldn’t really figure out how to make the site look or work the way I wanted. For something meant for a home site, I figured there would be more flexibility. It was just frustrating, and in the end it didn’t feel worth the time for me.

I ordered my usual size from Classic Carolina Home, and... yeah, it fit nothing like I expected from the size chart. The waist felt too tight, but the shoulders were oddly loose, so it just looked really off when I tried it on.
I had checked the measurements before ordering, which made it even more frustrating. I’m not sure if their sizing is inconsistent or what, but I probably wouldn’t trust the fit info again

The box showed up completely smashed, and the packaging was bad. The item had scuffs on it too, which was really disappointing. What made it more frustrating was feeling like there were too many steps just to deal with the issue. Not a great experience at all...

"Frustrating to use on my phone"
I tried browsing classiccarolinahome.com on my phone, it got frustrating fast 😕. The pages felt a bit slow, and I kept tapping around just to find basic info.
The menu wasn’t super clear to me, and a few pages either loaded weird or made me scroll way more than I expected. The site doesn’t look bad, but using it on mobile just didn’t feel smooth.
After a few minutes, I gave up because I couldn’t quickly find what I needed. It could really use a cleaner layout and easier navigation.

I picked the worst day to put this together because I really needed it set up quickly, and of course nothing lined up right. The instructions were all over the place, so I kept having to stop and redo steps. It ended up taking way longer than it should have, and even after all that, it still feels a little wobbly. Frustrating experience overall
